(3) According to sub-rule (1) or (2) or from any other source, if information is received that any police officer has obtained a permanent residence permit or has applied for such permit, the police head office shall send a written notice to the departmental sentencing officer to investigate such police officer. will fall.

(5) During the investigation according to sub-rule (4), the officer who orders departmental punishment may request information or assistance from the Ministry or any other government agency through the Ministry and it shall be the duty of the relevant agency to provide such information or assistance.
(6) In the course of investigation and action according to this rule, if it is found that any police officer has obtained a permanent residence permit or has applied for such a permit, he shall complete the procedure according to the prevailing law within three months and be punished according to this regulation and report the same to the police head office and the ministry within fifteen days. will fall
